Project
aeronymos is a project driven by flight operation professionals and programmers who believe in the future of electric propelled and/or electric vertical takeoff and landing (e-VTOL) aircraft. This new technology and its future modus operandi require re-thinking and re-designing of current methods and systems.
Presently there are no flight plaining systems on the market that compute flight plans routes and electric energy consumption based on the specific flight profiles of e-VTOL aircraft. Same applies for system supported operations control, crew scheduling, and flight watch.
Mission
The project mission is to develop a state-of-the-art flight management solution for e-VTOLs by 2022. The system should be easy to use but at the same time provide the ultimate level of planning and management capabilities to handle future operations of e-VTOL aircraft. aeronymos will allow to operate a single aircraft or complex networks with numerous aircraft. As the only 21st century e-VTOL flight management system it will contribute to this promising future technology.

Flight Planning
Interactive e-VTOL flight planning as well as individual automation of the flight planning process - either manual, fully automatic or at any other level of manual intervention.
Flight Watch
Interactive and integrated flight watch system including customizable display functionality for aircraft systems and flight situation. Automated weather monitoring for LAO as well as customizable weather overlays for low altitudes, such as precipitation, wind, icing, lightning, etc.
Vertiport
Interactive vertiport control and management system allowing to optimize turn-arounds and manage dense schedules with real-time data. The vertiport optimizer will manage the landing zone utilization and alert in case of conflicts.
Operations Control / Crew Control
Daily flight operations control and crew control management application will monitor flights in real time, receiving updates from the aircraft and upstream systems.
The intuitive Gantt allows the user to quickly find and filter on data according to the given parameters. With a customized rules-engine the system will continuously validate crew legalities and provides warnings on missing data and vertiport conflicts etc.,
The rule engine can also incorporate other operating rules which allow to manage and optimize crew schedule planning, day-of-ops crew control, crew training and qualifications, and crew mobile access.
